Steping a shore

A younger man around his early forties ,wearing a light brown hat tilted down covering his face leading down towards his thin neck ,Also wearing brown leather coat with a white dress shirt under it ,with dark brown pants leading down towards his ankle. starts walking to shore, puts his hand towards his hat push it up with his thumb show his face , his brown eyes sharing off into space and has a thinner face and seems to be growing a beard

Walking around still pondering things he noticed someone he'd not met yet down by the docks so he approached.

Sam turns his head and notices Dexter
Hello my name is Sam Gordon
