The Shadow on the Moon at Night

Sakura looked at them.
"You two need to do something about this. I can cut the sexual tension with a night. So, I'm gonna go."
Sakura strolled away.

The child doesn't have a clue about anything she talks about

Alice looked at Victor.
"Vic, she been around about as long as you have."

So you think I haven't told you every detail of my past

Alice sighed.
"I never said that. Just you can't keep hiding things for me. You know my whole life and I barely know a damn thing about you. It pisses me off, Vic."

Well my story is rather long and sometimes boring and such and some of it i don't eve remember anymore as time has gone on but some day you'll know it all

Alice glared at Victor.
"Anyways, Sakura was right ya know."

I don't believe so

Alice looked at Victor. Her anger fading away quickly to sadness.
"Ya know what, Victor Cole, you can be a down right bastard when ya want to be."
Alice ran off down the hallway. All her heard after that was her bedroom door slamming and echoing down the hallway.

He shook his head wondering what the hell had just gone while he strode off in the other direction

Alice cried into her pillow.

Sakura looked over at Victor from the room she'd been in.
"You're not going after her?"

I think she needs some space right now.

He continued down the hall

Sakura followed him down the hall.
"Are you really that dense, Vic?"

I just don't get all these human emotions, they're just out of my understanding.

Sakura move in front of Victor and stops his stride. She's a good few inch shorter than him but still could hold her own.
"Vic, I don't understand them either but one thing I do know is that the girl down the hall crying her eyes out over you loves you a lot more than she damn well should."

I know but I just don't know how to connect with others, been around far too long as a vampire to know anything else

Sakura huffed.
"She will never be accepted. Not by humans, vampires, or werewolves. You try dealing with that and see whether you can handle being one of only two of your kind."

I know she's a half breed but shes never complained about it

Sakura huffed and rolled her eyes.
"That's because she's always put you first. She cares that much about you."

Its because she is still human in there somewhere and will connect with others

Sakura looked at him.
"She was never human like you were. She was born what she is. She just knows human instinct."

You're slightly mistaken I never was human either the shadows have been my home for far longer than I can remember anymore

Sakura sighed.
"Victor, just realize that that girl may love you but she's not gonna wait an eternity for you to love her back."

I love her I just don't understand the emotions involved
